Accessibility

At VESTROCK, we believe that music, art, and connection should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we’re committed to making our festival as inclusive and welcoming as possible. Whether you're here to dance, discover, relax, or simply enjoy the vibe—everyone is welcome on our little island in the Vest of Hulst.
Below you’ll find practical information about the accessibility of the festival grounds, the campsite, and the facilities available for visitors with disabilities or specific needs. If you have any questions or requests, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.
♿ Festival Grounds
- Terrain: The festival takes place on a grassy island. In dry weather, the ground is easy to walk on; in wet conditions, it may become muddy. We do our best to reinforce paths when needed.
- Crowds: With around 10,000 visitors per day, the site can get crowded—especially in the evening. Please keep this in mind if you need extra space or assistance.
- Viewing Platforms: Raised viewing platforms are available at the Main, Nexus, and Novus stages. If you need access for medical reasons, you may bring one friend with you.
- Toilets: An accessible toilet is available on the festival grounds.
- Parking & Drop-off: Accessible parking is available near the site. There’s also a kiss & ride zone for easy drop-off close to the entrance.
- On-site Support: Our volunteers are always ready to assist you. Just ask!
🏕️ Campsite
- Location: The campsite is located in a park with paved paths.
- Accessible Area: A dedicated area near the sanitary facilities is reserved for campers with disabilities.
- Sanitary Facilities: An accessible toilet and shower unit is available on the campsite.
👁️ Visual Impairment
- NaviLens: VESTROCK is the first festival in the Benelux to introduce NaviLens. These smart QR-style codes help you navigate the site and access information like schedules, prices, and food options directly on your phone.
- Guide Dogs: Guide dogs are welcome. Please note that the site can get crowded, which may affect mobility.
👂 Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- We currently do not offer hearing loops or captioning services, but we are actively working on improving accessibility in future editions.
🧍♀️ Physical Disabilities
- We strive to keep the site accessible for visitors with limited mobility or wheelchair users.
- In case of bad weather, we provide reinforced paths connecting key areas like bars and stages.
